open control panel
then select sound and audio devices
click on sounds
then from program events select start window
then select
Bismillah
or any other sound which you have saved in your pc
(you can pick sound of
Bismillah
from Google)
now restart your PC.
and you will hear your selected sound.
similarly you can select different sounds for logging on and off.
and also for shutdown.
